Sql Local DB :

If your system is 32-bit, you want : http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/D/D/8DD7BDBA-CEF7-4D8E-8C16-D9F69527F909/ENU/x86/SqlLocaLDB.MSI

Microphone Setup
Now is time to select your microphone. We recommend you use a headset microphone for a better experience. If you are not going to use a high quality headset, we do recommend that you configure your microphone to the best of your abilities (look in your sounds control panel and check over the settings.) The software will work well with either microphone. Click the next button once your selection is complete.

Language Selection
Next you will select your language. We recommend you use "ENGLISH". The software has been developed and tested in english, so if you live somewhere where you speak another language but understand english we suggest you use it. (You can use any of the languages listed on the drop down. We do not know any other languages, so its untested.) Once you have selected a language, you can click proceed. If you do not want to proceed and feel the need to exit, press abort.

You should make sure that before you select a language, you should make sure your speech recognition is setup for it. Follow this link (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/setting-speech-options#1TC=windows-7) and double check
